  • The Flood Kettlebell Training – Wednesday

    Wednesdays @ 5:45PM

    Learn the fundamentals of kettlebell training and progress into kettlebell flows that challenge strength, endurance, and coordination. We also incorporate functional tools like sandbags and landmines for well-rounded conditioning. Perfect for anyone looking to master kettlebells and build total-body strength.

  • Dakayla's Tuesday and Thursday Women's Only Strength and Conditioning

    Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:30PM

    Led by Dakayla, this class empowers women of all fitness levels through strength training, conditioning, mobility, and core work. Expect a motivating environment that builds confidence, improves athletic performance, and helps you reach your personal goals.

    Pricing is on a sliding scale of $15-25 (pay what you can)

  • Semi-Private Women’s Lunchtime Training – Tuesdays & Thursdays

    Limited to small groups, this midday session focuses on strength and conditioning with added activation drills, mobility work, and injury prevention. A touch of cardio finishes each class, leaving you strong, energized, and ready for the day.

    This is a private, small-group class coached by our head coach, Donald LaBar.

    Pricing: $250/month (plus $10 monthly club fee)

  • Youth Athlete Development – Wednesdays & Fridays at 3:30PM

    Designed for young athletes who want to excel in sports, this program develops speed, explosiveness, and durability. Using the VertiMax (exclusive on the Oregon Coast), Olympic lifting, and strength training, we prepare athletes for competition while emphasizing injury prevention and safe movement patterns.

    Pricing: $125/ 1 day a week $250/2 days a week

  • Elite Athlete Competition Training – Saturdays (High School Only)

    This Saturday class is built for serious high school athletes preparing for competition. We focus on advanced strength and conditioning, speed development, explosive power, and mental toughness. With targeted drills and progressive programming, this class gives athletes the edge they need to dominate in their sport.

    Pricing: $125/month $40 drop in (plus $10 monthly club fee)

  • Early Bird Strength and Conditioning

    Start your mornings with a focused strength session built around the fundamentals: push, pull, and squat. This is a programmed, self-guided class—train alongside like-minded early risers while following a structured plan. A coach is available for questions through messaging and occasional drop-ins, so you’ll always have guidance when you need it.

    Pricing: $60/month

  • Open Gym-Private Clients 8pm-5am, Tuesdays & Thursdays 1pm-4:45PM, Saturday & Sunday after 5PM

    We have a little interview so I gauge your seriousness about using the space.

    The times are limited, but the space is incredible for anyone interested in functional fitness implements.

    Access outside of open gym times will be allowed on a case by case basis as our focus is on quality private training and group classes.

    If the fit works, you get the code, sign the waivers, and enjoy the nicest training space the North Coast has to offer.

    It should be noted that I have a zero tolerance policy with this space. If you’re disrespectful or make another member feel uncomfortable, you’re gone. This place is my dream and I hope it will be for everyone who walks in!

    Pricing:

    Private Clients: $60/month (plus $10 monthly club fee)

    Non-Private Clients: $150 (includes free red recovery room services during open gym hours IF not already booked).

    The Flood is No Rep’s signature strength-and-conditioning class built around the big lifts—squat, bench, and deadlift—paired with athletic, coach-friendly accessory work that builds real-world strength without beating you up. Each session blends structured strength progressions with smart conditioning, core stability, and mobility so you leave feeling worked, not wrecked. Expect a high-energy group setting with clear coaching, scalable options for all levels, and a focus on strong movement patterns, joint health, and long-term progress—whether you’re brand new to lifting or chasing performance.
